The rolls can be tucked under your neck for correct posture while sleeping or recuperating from an injury. They also work behind your back for lumbar support, or under your knees or ankles for additional support.
Hot & Cold therapy is mild enough for day-to-day discomforts or for use in increasing relaxation. Cold therapy constricts blood vessels, resulting in decreased blood flow to the area of application and helping to decrease swelling and promote healing. Heat therapy increases blood flow to the area to help relax muscles and decrease pain.
