Dual Comfort CorPak Hot & Cold
Two "frost-free" surfaces and a unique strapping system provide therapeutic temperatures with secure positioning. The plush surface provides slow-release treatment, while the rapid-release surface delivers quicker results with either heat or cold. Microwave or conveniently store in freezer, where they stay soft and pliable. Available in many sizes, including a tri-sectional shape that's perfect for the neck and shoulders.
Cold therapy works by constricting blood vessels, resulting in a decrease in blood flow to the area of application. This helps to decrease swelling and promote healing. Heat therapy increases blood flow to the area to help relax muscles and decrease pain. Price Value Quality I used the cervical shaped one before I had knee surgery and it was great for that area. The 3" x 5" is great for my elbow. They cool the area to help reduce pain but not to the extent of freezing your skin uncomfortably. I wear a thin sleeve or pajama pant when I use them. I've been using them for 3 years, keeping them in the freezer. The product is not worn-looking at all and will last for years! Really helps reduce the inflamation and pain!

Price Value Quality I used the big pack every day after my spinal surgery. It helped me immensely. I would lie down on the cold pack and it would facilitate the healing process.

Price Value Quality I have used this product for six separate foot surgeries and it is by far my favorite ice pack. I really like that it doesn't frost up in the freezer and leave a wet mess, but most of all I like the fact that it is soft and stays in place with velcro straps. For each foot surgery I have wrapped this ice pack around my ankle and it stays secure. Traditional ice packs only make contact in one spot, and don't provide the same relief as having an ice pack wrapped all the way around my ankle. This is a GREAT product!
