I love the fact that you can use it for the different firmness cores, plus upside down or right side up, depending on how my neck feels. This pillow helps me sleep much better, and wake up without a neckache. I have been purchasing these for years on recommendation of my chiropractor.

I initially did not like this pillow and it took a couple weeks of using it for it to grow on me. I know find it quite comfortable and it maintains it shape well.

Although I ordered the firm, x firm, it was still squishy and not supportive enough.

The main problem with this pillow is that it is too low. I am only 5'4", and using this pillow caused extreme pain in the shoulder blades from having my head rest too low while back sleeping. I tried to remedy this by putting layers of towel underneath the pillow, which brought up the height sufficiently, but the squishiness of the the foam was not supportive enough to hold my head level throughout the night.

I purchased this pillow with the hopes of replacing the Obus forme's Neck and Neck pillow. The low side of the Neck and Neck pillow is a perfect height. However, they have decreased the quality of the foam, and the foam compressed after only 3 months. (This pillow used to last a year, but quality has decreased.) I was excited to find Core, which promotes quality and American made, but, alas, the problem is with the design of being too low and not firm.

Should Core decide to make a new cervical pillow that is higher and firmer, I would certainly give it a try.

"}
