Thumbsaver is a great tool.

Posted on May 10, 2015

I've been an L.M.T. for over 16 years performing Swedish and Deep Tissue massage. As I have aged, my thumbs have become weaker. In an effort to protect them, I use them less and I purchased the Thumbsaver which I use for intricate deeper work usually around the low back, rhomboids and shoulder area. I keep the tool warm and interchange it with my hands during the flow of the session. When first experimenting with the tool, I talked to the clients after each massage about their experience to see whether I should continue or discontinue its use. Most did not realize I was using a tool and all liked their session. I am pleased with the support and effortlessness the tool provides me.

This saved my hands

Posted on July 13, 2012

My chiropractor uses this on me and I liked it so much that I bought one to use on my boyfriend for his back rubs because my hands and fingers start to hurt and get tired after a while. With this it’s easier to get into his knots in his back without putting all the pressure on my thumbs and fingers. Now I get him to do more chores around the house in exchange for back rubs!

"}
