A Golfer's Best Kept Secret
(ARA) – Living in an area where golf is a year round
obsession, joint pain can quickly become a playing
companion. That used to be the case for Ross Helfer of
Charlotte, N.C.
He suffered from both tendonitis in his right arm and
chronic knee pain brought on by a tear to the meniscus (a
wedge of cartilage in the knee joint) in his knee. “Joint
pain doesn’t get in the way of my golf game anymore
though,” he says.
Following corrective knee surgery Helfer turned to a
