This pillow is unbelievable! Truly is the ONLY pillow that doesn't cause me undo neck pain, shoulder pain, or occipital pain/headaches. This is a God sent. Have no reservations about this purchase. Customer service is amazing, through, and knowledgeable. It sounds like they may have paid me to say these wonderful things, but they didn't. :)

For about the last 5 years i've had neck pain associated with pillows of many sorts. I would wake up with kinks in my neck from poor quality and incorrect pillows. I even had one for 6 months once. After this pillow my neck pain has dropped dramatically after finding the right level of water support. I will never have another pillow again!
