What size should I order?
Many of our products are sized according to body measurements. If a product comes in multiple sizes, it should be accompanied by a sizing chart. How long will it take to get my order?
Domestic orders are shipped UPS Ground from our manufacturing facility in Osceola, Wisconsin. Most orders are fulfilled within 2 to 3 business days. Deliveries to central states should arrive within 3 to 5 days; deliveries to either coast arrive in approximately 6 to 7 days.
What if I do not like the product I ordered?

How do I wash my fiber pillow?
You should never wash a Core fiber pillow in a machine. ALWAYS WASH BY HAND using the following steps:
1. Thoroughly soak the pillow in a sink or tub filled with lukewarm water and a small amount of mild detergent.
2. Press or flush water through the pillow until clean.
3. Press out excess water.
4. Rinse in clear water to remove detergent and any remaining soil.
5. Press out excess water and allow to dry flat. DO NOT HANG OR FILLING WILL SETTLE.
6. Refluff when thoroughly dry by punching on the diagonals.
