Great product great price and most important incredible customer service. I had the old WiTouch and wanted to get the Bluetooth version. When I got it it would not pair with my iPhone. I called the company at 4 PM on Friday before Christmas and they talk to me for about half an hour. we couldn\u2019t get it to work they sent me out a new one the day after Christmas FedEx overnight. Not only is the product great and helps my lower back pain phenomenally but I love doing business with a company that cares for their customers. I cannot give a company a stronger review that I feel about these guys. It\u2019s great doing business with a company that actually cares for their customers thank you<\/p>\n <\/div><\/div>

Need to fix the Bluetooth conductivity.<\/h4>\n Posted on November 25, 2017<\/span>\n

As long as the Bluetooth connection is working it is much better than the first one I have. But there seems to be some problem with the connection where the WiTouch has a problem between the iPhone and the device. I have called you number twice to get the directions to start the device and I\u2019m sitting writing this device not working and you are closed and I cannot get the WiTouch to work correctly. Need to work on this problem to get a 5 star rating from me

\r\nThank you for taking the time to post a review. We are working on an instructional video describing the pairing of the WiTouch Pro with a phone or tablet. Basically what is happening is the Bluetooth is inadvertently being turned off during the pairing process by the user holding the + and - buttons for too long, which turns the Bluetooth off. To enter pairing mode, the + and - buttons only need to be held for 1-2 seconds. If the device fails to pair, the Bluetooth might have been accidentally turned off. To turn Bluetooth back on, press and hold the + and - buttons on the device for 10 seconds, until the amber light begins to blink rapidly. These instructions are also in the user manual that comes with the unit.<\/p>\n <\/div><\/div>"}
