I have used the Therapeutica pillow for pretty much 15 years. There were a couple of years where I could not get one shipped to Japan (first was was purchased in Japan), but I was thrilled to find I could get direct from Core Products. My only complaint would be that somewhere between purchasing the first and second pillows the design changed a bit and is not as rounded as it was, especially in the tapered central neck support. This resulted in a very uncomfortable lump at the base of my head if I lay on my back, given me a headache in the morning. Fortunately, I am a side sleeper 99% of the time.

I am about to buy my 3rd (thanks to one very bad pussy cat earlier this week). Both of my previous Therapeuticas were the average size, though I was not far into the scale of this size. Given this I am going to try the petite size as I have narrow shoulders and a short neck. I would definitely recommend going a size down if you are within 1/4 inch of the lower end of a size scale.

Don't get me wrong - this is the ONLY pillow I can use now, before I discovered this pillow I would wake up crying from neck pain and was constantly "popping" my neck and unable to move.

This pillow definitely works best on a firm bed, as it does not have the flexibility for a soft mattress. It was a godsend when I went to hospital and I cannot imagine not having one!

Great product. My neck loves it.

Very uncomfortable, I am very small 5'0 weight 110 lbs I bought the child version. The neck part is too high so my head doesn't rest comfortably. The tail on the neck is too long and doesn't taper well so there is an uncomfortable bump in the middle of my neck.

"}
