Instructions for Use:

Place pillow in a pillowcase.
Begin sleeping with the white core supporting the neck. If pillow is uncomfortable, turn the pillow over so the lobes face down.
As your body adjusts to its new sleeping posture, you may crave more support. Gradually increase support by replacing the interchangeable core with a firmer option (See color chart and diagram).

Washing Instructions:

Hand wash cold with mild soap (no chlorine additives) and dry flat. Do not machine wash or dry.
