We operate 3 facilities. Our corporate office is in Osceola, WI and we have 2 additional manufacturing facilities, Chetek, WI and Toronto, ON.

We sell to healthcare distributors, government entities through GSA, doctors and other medical professionals, pharmacies, durable medical equipment providers and direct to consumer.

Our products are available online through our website, 3rd party marketplaces such as Amazon, ebay & Walmart. Our products can be found locally from orthopedic healthcare and chiropractic professionals, physical therapists, durable medical equipment providers and other entities who sell orthopedic products.

Orders to US states are shipped Ground from our manufacturing facility in Osceola, Wisconsin. Most orders are fulfilled within 1 business day. Deliveries to central states should arrive within 1 to 3 days; deliveries to either coast arrive in approximately 4 to 5 days.
