This pillow is commonly used to help treat a variety of conditions affecting the neck and shoulders. This pillow is designed with the same features of our popular Tri-Core® Cervical Support Pillow with the addition of an inflatable neck roll for convenient adjustability.

An inflatable neck roll is built into one of the cervical lobes for customized support. The pillow's shaped center gently cradles the head for better sleep when lying on the back. When sleeping on your side, the raised side panels will help keep the head level for proper alignment of the spine.

If you are new to sleeping on a cervical pillow, the Air-Core may help reduce the time it takes for your body to adjust to its new sleeping posture. Carefully follow the instructions included in the package for a step-by-step explanation on how to adjust to sleeping on your new pillow. 

It may take some time to adjust to this cervical pillow and immediate overuse can actually increase neck pain. Those who slowly ease their way into orthopedic correction by alternating between this pillow and their current pillow achieve the best results.
