The Swede-O® Elastic Tennis Elbow Strap provides comfortable support and compression to the upper forearm to help relieve pain and discomfort associated with golfer's elbow, arthritis, tendonitis, lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow), repetitive stress injuries, or similar conditions.

The counterforce design with compression panel applies pressure to the affected tendons, relieving stress on the injured portion. This helps improve grip strength and eases pain during activity. The strap's wraparound design offers easy application and adjustment.

Instructions for Use:

Unfasten hook and loop strap, then slide support onto forearm with free end to the outside.
Position compression panel (area directly below metal loop) as close to the area of soreness or weakness occurs.
Make a tight fist, flexing the muscles in the forearm, firmly pull loose end back over ring and fasten to secure. Support should fit snugly, yet comfortably.

Remove this support immediately following activity.

Washing Instructions:

Secure all hook and loop closures before wash. Machine wash warm with no chlorine additives and hang dry. Do not machine dry.
