The Swede-O® Patella Strap applies targeted pressure to patellar tendon to help improve patella tracking and ease pain from patellofemoral pain syndrome (runner’s knee), Osgood-Schlatter disease, and patellar tendonitis (jumper’s knee).

Constructed from high quality neoprene with interior band, the strap applies pressure across the patellar tendon. Adjustable and washable.

Instructions for Use:

Loosen strap.
With curved pad of the patella strap facing up, slide onto leg. Position pressure strip just under the knee cap.
Adjust strap to apply gentle pressure on patellar tendon and secure.

Washing Instructions:

Hand wash cold with mild soap (no chlorine additives) and hang dry. Do not machine wash or dry.
