Description

The Swede-O® Strap Lok® ankle brace has external figure eight straps which allow you to easily control and customize the amount of support as well as simulate professional taping. The exclusive dual eyelet lacing system is offset to create a "pulley effect", keeping the brace tighter longer. The top strap covers the laces and locks the figure eight straps in position. The full elastic back is comfortable against the Achilles tendon and helps reduce irritation and the potential for blistering. The breathable tongue helps keep the foot cool and comfortable. The Strap Lok is backed by an industry leading 1 year warranty and constructed from a durable ballistic nylon which is comfortable thin, and lightweight.

Use & Care

Instructions for Use:

Wear this brace over a clean, dry athletic sock.

Pull the brace over the foot like a sock.
Lace through each eyelet, pulling the laces tight at each set of eyelets. Tie at the top.
Starting with the strap on the inside (medial) of the ankle, pull this strap over the laces, under the arch of the foot, and back up the ankle. Pull this strap tight, and secure it to the side of the brace.
Repeat step 3 for outside (lateral) strap.
Wrap top strap around the ankle and secure.

Retighten laces and straps during use, as needed. Note: If the figure eight straps are too long they may be shortened by cutting off excess.

Replace brace every year to ensure proper support.

Washing Instructions:

Hand wash with cold water and mild soap (no chlorine additives) and hang to dry (do not machine dry).
