Description
The Tri-Core® Comfort Zone Pillow, featuring Outlast® Technology, helps regulate temperatures by absorbing heat when you’re too warm and releasing heat when you’re cold. Outlast was developed by NASA to help protect astronauts from temperature fluctuations, and now you can use that technology to get a better night’s sleep!
In addition to helping regulate your temperature, the Tri-Core Comfort Zone Pillow also helps provide proper alignment of the neck. For back sleeping, a firm cervical roll supports the neck while a shaped center gently cradles the head for better sleep. For side sleeping, the raised side areas help keep the head level for proper alignment of the spine.
In order to provide therapeutic benefits and help restore the natural curve of the neck, two very firm cervical rolls provide different support options. Use the larger neck roll for maximum support. Use the smaller neck roll if you are in the adjustment phase or if you prefer slightly less support. For those who are new to sleeping on a cervical support pillow, or prefer gentle support, the “Gentle” version may be a better option.
It may take some time to adjust to this cervical pillow and immediate overuse can actually increase neck pain. Those who slowly ease their way into orthopedic correction, by alternating between this pillow and their current pillow, achieve the best results. The gentle version provides moderate to firm support, while the firm version provides very firm support.

Dad has been buying these pillows for 15 years
I ordered this pillow for my 82 year-old father. This is his 3rd pillow from this company and he's been buying them for 15 years. He had chronic neck and shoulder pain, and this pillow is the only one that provides him with enough support and comfort to be able to sleep. I consider it a great investment.

Really wish old shipping method was used
I’ve prob bout at least 20 of these pillows. It’s my go to pillow. Really I would rate the pillow 5 stars. It’s helped reduce my neck pain and tension headaches significantly. I was purchasing from Amazon (because it’s cheaper) and the packaging changed. The pillow used to ship flat in a box and now is shipped, folded in half. So I began to order directly from core products. The pillow arrived flat my first order. I was very happy. Now, “in order to reduce carbon footprint” core products now ships the pillow folded in half. Engineers have assured customer service that it does not in anyway affect the pillow. I’m here to tell you as a customer for many years, it does. No matter how many times I fluff it, it has a dent in the neck support and where it was folded, I constantly have to fight the fluff from moving. I also noticed the pillow isn’t as firm. I’ll probably try one more time but I may be in the market for a new pillow. I genuinely love this pillow but the new shipping method just isn’t for me.
