The Trochanter Belt is designed to comfortably stabilize the hips and pelvis to help ease pain. This belt helps to limit excessive movement or rotation to provide relief for various hip, pelvis, and lower back conditions, such as trochanteric bursitis, hip arthritis, hip dysplasia, and postpartum recovery. This belt can also be used to help improve posture and alignment, injury rehabilitation, or for support during high-impact or repetitive physical activities.

Trochanter Belts are primarily used to address pain and discomfort within the trochanteric region. The trochanteric region consists of the greater and lesser trochanter (top of the thighbone or femur), as well as various muscles, tendons, and ligaments within the hips and pelvis. By reducing excessive movement and stabilizing the hips, this belt provides support to the area and helps reduce strain on the surrounding tissues. Help correct pelvic tilt or rotation by using this belt to encourage proper posture and correct alignment that may put stress on the joints, muscles, and tissues in the hip region.

Instructions for Use:

Stand with feet shoulder-width apart with legs slightly bent.
Wrap belt around hips, positioning it just below the greater trochanter.
Insert the end of strap through metal loop on the other end of the belt, and pull back over buckle/loop.
Secure the belt by attaching the hook and loop closure. Support should fit snugly, yet comfortably. If fabric beyond metal loop extends more than six inches, trim excess fabric using a sharp scissors.
Adjust the belt as needed to ensure comfort and support.

Note: When trimming excess fabric, use a pair of sharp scissors. Be sure to leave a minimum of 6 inches of material beyond the metal loop for leverage and sizing accommodations.

Washing Instructions:

Hand wash cold with mild soap (no chlorine additives) and hang dry. Do not machine wash or dry.
