Instructions for Use:

Slip the elastic sleeve over the foot like a sock.
Wrap elastic strap over top of foot and under arch of the foot.
Wrap strap around ankle, attaching hook onto the wrap.

Hand wash with cold water and mild soap (no chlorine additives) and lay flat to dry.
