Slip the wide end of the support over the foot like a sock. Continue to pull the support upward, over the knee. The light colored material should sit directly over the patella. Support should fit snugly, yet comfortably.

Washing Instructions:

Hand wash cold with mild soap (no chlorine additives) and hang dry. Do not machine wash or dry.
