Instructions for Use:

Wear this brace over a clean, dry athletic sock.

Loosely lace the shoelace through all but the top set of lace loops.
Pull brace over the foot like a sock.
Install shoelace through the remaining top set of lace loops.
Pull the shoelaces firmly tight where they cross just above the third lace loops.
Pull the shoelace comfortably tight at the top of the brace and tie.

Notes:

Retighten brace as needed during activity.
The Tarsal Lok will conform to the shape of your foot and ankle after a few uses. Once the brace has been worn, do not use on the opposite ankle.
Replace brace every year to ensure proper support.

Washing Instructions:

Hand wash with cold water and mild soap (no chlorine additives) and hang to dry (do not machine dry).
