The resilient molded foam supports the head and neck in proper position while providing a firm foundation when sleeping on the back or side. This innovative pillow helps alleviate headaches, tension, and neck pain by promoting proper neck alignment while sleeping, and is commonly used to help treat a variety of conditions affecting the neck and shoulders.

This is a firm pillow. It may take some time to adjust to a corrective cervical support pillow and immediate overuse may increase neck pain. Those who slowly ease their way into orthopedic correction, by alternating between this pillow and their current pillow, achieve the best results. For those who are newer to cervical support pillows, or prefer slightly less support, the “Lite” version may be a better option for you. The Lite version provides moderate to firm support, while the standard version provides very firm support.

Instructions for Use:

Back Sleeping: Gently lay back of head into the center cradle with the neck supported by the cervical contour and the upper back supported by the wedge extension.

Side Sleeping: Gently lay side of head upon either of the contoured headrests atop the raised side panels to accommodate your shoulder height.

Sizing: To ensure you receive a properly sized pillow for optimal support and comfort, please follow the measuring instructions below before purchasing. Please note that the product size for this item does not correlate with your clothing size.

Measuring Instructions: Stand with your arms at your side, looking straight ahead. Using a ruler, measure from the base of your neck to the outside tip of the bony prominence (greater tubercle) of the shoulder. Ignore any muscle mass beyond the bony prominence. Use that measurement to determine your pillow size:

4 1/4" - 5 1/4" – Petite

5 1/4" - 6 1/4" – Average

6 1/4" - 7 1/4" – Large

If your measurement falls between two sizes, choose the smaller size. If you sleep on a soft surface such as memory foam or a pillow-top mattress, choose one size smaller.

Washing Instructions:

Do not wet or soak the foam pillow with any liquid. If the foam pillow becomes soiled or damaged, replace the pillow. Machine wash the removable pillowcase in warm
water, no chlorine additive. Tumble dry, low heat

Instructions for Use:

For heat therapy, place pack in microwave and heat for 10 seconds. Continue heating at 5 second intervals until desired temperature is reached. Knead pack after each heating interval. To avoid risking thermal injury to the ocular surface, do not exceed 110°F / 43°C.

CAUTION: Microwave power levels vary. Overheating may cause injury.

Washing Instructions:

Do not wash. Do not dry. Wipe clean as needed with a dry cloth.
