I ordered a Core back brace after a few years of using an older model. I did a search and decided, based on reviews, to buy this model. Sadly, I underestimated my size, enough said. I, then, bought an XXL, which fits perfectly. I wear it when I go to the gym, it helps my back tolerate the workouts, especially now when I am recovering from an L2 Vertebrae break and weaned myself off the specialized brace I was using. I endorse this model.
I have had no experience using the brace as my back pain had improved significantly by the time it arrived. It seems as comfortable as such a thing might be and it is easy to put on. I am concerned that its contours may not work well with the shape of my own midriff. but I won’t be able to tell until I actually need it.
The 3x is so much more convenient and easy, that t bought one for my brother one one fer my sister in law
I’m very happy with the way it supports. My only uncomfortable part is the huge Velcro tab in front but I understand haw it is necessary
