The Core Products® Scrotal Suspensory Support helps relieve pain and discomfort associated with scrotal strain, fatigue, injury or disease. This scrotal support provides lift and support to help relieve pain and discomfort associated with sports hernia repairs, scrota/inguinal hernias, single or double inguinal hernia repairs, vasectomies, prostate conditions, and other conditions that may cause swelling or discomfort in the scrotal area.

The inconspicuous design of this product allows for all-day comfort and support. The pouch is constructed of soft and breathable materials that will not irritate delicate or sensitive areas. The Scrotal Suspensory Support provides lift and gentle support to swollen and enlarged testes to prevent strain on delicate cords and tissues. The unique design does not require extra leg straps, which often cause binding or chafing in sensitive areas. This testicular support allows for freedom of movement while helping prevent irritation between the legs.

This scrotal suspensory support features an adjustable waistband with an easy-snap fastener for convenience. Simply adjust the waistband by sliding the strap through the fastener to the desired length for comfort, then snap the fastener to the support. Use & Care

Instructions for Use

Step 1: Position support with short elastic strap over the pouch. 

Step 2: Wrap long adjustable strap loosely around the waist and secure the strap to the support with easy snap fastener. 

Step 3: Place penis through the opening between elastic strap and pouch. 

Step 4: Place scrotum in pouch. 

Step 5: Adjust the length of waistband as needed for comfort. Support should fit snugly, yet comfortably.

Note: The support should not put pressure on any part of your genitals.

To adjust length of waistband: Unsnap fastener from the support and slide strap through to desired length; re-snap fastener to the support. Repeat this process until desired length is reached, or as needed for comfort.

Incredible performance, but lack in construction quality

They are amazing as far as comfort is concerned. Game changer. I highly recommend them for their comfort. Just know they are poorly constructed and not meant to last. I had to sew mine back together after my third wear.

The first washing left all edges frayed. It claims to be washable but not so.

I recommend this product

Very good concept but needs improvement

The snap failed after 2 days. Very flimsy. I am a small person (150 lbs), and was able to sew the snap shut and still be able to slide the product on and off. Since the fix for me was fairly easy, I will probably order another one because it does provide excellent support after a weightlifting groin pull.

Waistbands really need to be a bit longer or have some "give" on small sizes

Suspensories are usually sized base on the size of the pouch. In my case the small measured up to be the appropriate size and is what I ordered. The pouch seems completely fine for my use but, the waistband just won't work. It is a solid fabric piece without any stretch or give and at the length as manufactured it just digs in and is too uncomfortable to use. I will have to try a different brand.

Works well but not perfect

Fits perfectly and works fine except when sitting. The ******* tends to slip out under the suspensory during sitting. My wife added elastic leg straps and it now works fine. Since I will be wearing a suspensory long term I plan to purchase and modify a few more. .

snap issuses

I have problems with the snap loosing it ability to stay tightly attached as product is worn a few times. Is there a better snap available? The product is very comfortable to wear and gives good support. Thank You Anthony Comment from Core Products: Thank you Anthony for taking the time to post a review. Snap problem

Scrotal Suspensory

The product fit good...the doctor liked the design as well. It was for my Vasectomy However I was supposed to were it a week but by the 5th day....the button wouldn't stay snapped anymore. Not sure i would purchase this one again if I ever needed it just because of that.
