The Universal Traction Head Harness is the ideal replacement accessory designed specifically for the Core® Cervical Traction System with Neck Roll. When paired with the Traction System, this head harness gently cradles the head, ensuring it stays in the optimal position for effective cervical traction.

Crafted from strong and durable materials, the harness offers exceptional comfort and can be easily adjusted to fit different head sizes. Adjusting the fit is simple with the sliding headband positioning strap. The robust resin-coated metal hook securely attaches to the Core Water Bottle Weight Bag through the integrated grommet.

This replacement part is intended for use with the Core® Cervical Traction System with Neck Roll and should be used under the supervision of a healthcare professional. Proudly made in the USA and latex-free.

Instructions for Use

Use for no more than 20 minutes a day.

Use the cervical traction system with neck roll for three minutes a day, increasing by one minute a day until you reach a maximum of 20 minutes a day. Increase weight by adding additional water bottles as directed by your healthcare professional. Remove the unit carefully by lifting the chin strap over the head and lowering the entire unit to the floor. Do not attempt to roll to one side or stand with the unit in place.

I love Core Products! BUT…

It’s a poor product! We tried to return it, but they told us to keep it and give it to someone if we wanted. We gave it to our son last night. He’s extremely physically fit and uses tools like rollers, inversion table, correction, kind of things to help him work through issues after a hard workout. We bought it thinking we would use it for ourselves, but it really isn’t something we were going to use so we were going to return it. When you said to keep it, we decided to give it to our son. He took it home last night and texted us telling us that it was a horrible product. Unfortunately, as much as I love Core Products, I have to agree. This product is below your normal standard of products of value, and quality of care. I think you should remove this from your inventory. Plus, the price is not at all representative of the product. It’s cheap and doesn’t even include everything you need, not even empty water bottles. I dislike giving bad reviews, but I dislike losing good companies even more. So, I’m giving you this review because I want you to do better. I love looking at your new products, and your old products. Keep up the good work, but get rid of this one.

I thought it was effective but the bag leaked water and I had to put it first in a plastic baggy

I love Core Products! BUT…
